Crystal Scalloped Amber Vase - Sklo Union?

I think this maybe a  1960's Sklo Union vase.  Can anyone confirm that it is and give any information as to the age.  Having carried out extensive research, I was unable to find any information.  The vase is very heavy and has an optical effect in natural lighting. Your help is appreciated. :)

Height 19.8cm, base 7.2cm and rim area 11.3cm.
