Scandinavian Crystal Glass Lampshade?

Not sure if this is Scandinavian or a British Glass Lampshade.   It's quite heavy, considering it's size.  There are no markings, so don't really have much to go on.  The inner rim is slightly tapered on the largest opening side, that is 11.3cm dia..  The overall height is 12.8cm.  can anyone help with this one?  :)
