Hello,
I am trying to ID this blue Opaline night light or perhaps boudoir lamp. Stands 5-3/4" tall and is about 3" wide or so.

hello Duane, and welcome to the GMB.          Regret I know very little about night lights, and probably an equal amount on opaline, but........
Your attractive piece looks more akin to simply opaque pale blue glass, or perhaps what you might even call milk glass  -  if you hold it up to the light, does it show the 'sunset glow' typical of opaline?
Does the piece come apart in any sense, or is it a single picece of glass?

Paul, you are correct. It is blue opaque and not opaline and I have corrected the title as such.

The light is one single piece of glass, and the only thing that comes apart is the lighting mechanism.

thanks Duane.         In the absence of the word electrical, I'd assumed that somehow this might come apart, such that a small wick based candle could be inserted - obviously I was wrong.         Presumably a bulb of some description is used, but must admit to knowing nothing about these things.            Do you consider the wiring to be original States handiwork, or do you think it's origins lay elsewhere?
