C19 paperweight french??? bohemian??? other???

hello Board...
picked two weights up today as a pair.i was thinking one of the above but i cannot narrow them down,i was hoping someone with a tad more knowledge might know or point me in the right direction,new id as my old email has locked me out doh!!!!!!!!
the weight measures 3.25"d with base ring of just under 2" and measuring 1.75"h.......the canes are set high into the dome.....the other weight is in another post......

has me going in circles i was leaning towards bohemian for them both but not quite knowledgable enough to decide.....i prefer scottish weights much easier :) thanks for your imput......
