Hooped Vase

I've had this beauty for ever and am about to let it go on ebay, but before I do I'd LOVE TO KNOW WHAT IT IS!!  It's a very ornate Amaryllis vase - which is the best I can come up with. 

Anybody recognise this?  It looks Arts & Craftsy to me....

PS Thanks for help I got in identifying a Webb Gay Glass Vase I now know I have!
