Topic: Help with signature on perfume bottle

Any help deciphering these markings on the base of a handblown perfume bottle would be greatly appreciated.
One looks like it could be Geize (or Seize?), followed by possibly a date.  The other - I haven't a clue about, with possibly the initial J after it.

I thought so too, especially if there is a engraved anchor along with the signature (looks like there is). A photo of the item is always useful...
