Here is a vase 10.5 inches with prunts and trailing, inverted cone to base. Could it be Czech - signed to base - see photo. Any ideas?

I think (but could be wrong) that it's a reproduction piece of 17th century Waldglas or similar, but I can't think where I've seen the sig before.
It could be Swedish, English, Italian or German (well those are the ones I've found on recently searches looking for something else)
