« on: July 03, 2013, 10:15:54 PM »
have a lot of these in different sizes and shapes but the same pattern/etching

Anyone know about Watford Crystal as I have a a lot including some coloured "hock" glasses (6)

Thank you and sorry Anne for posting the first time with so many requests - brain a bit frazzled with trying to find out about the glass, but an ebay member sent me this link to your site

You can find Watford patterns on Replacements by clicking on the URL below. Hopefully you did mean Watford & not Waterford. You can also obtain info on identifying hundreds of other crystal patterns at Replacements. Ken

Thank you Ken

I definitely meant Watford, as I have about 20 pieces.

Thanks for splitting the pieces out, stops us getting in a muddle. :)

You might find this topic interesting too, it has some observations about Watford Crystal part way through.

Sorry I haven't put up the pieces yet - do members have a gallery for pictures, Will be taking pics and some will be going on ebay although there are not some that I seen that I have!
At the moment doing Henry Watson and clearing that - pics on HD and photobucket - YES I know you were not happy about that  - but people can grab my pics - NOT done the Watford stuff yet
Can someone quickly write  a very quick guide for me and I cannot find out yet what is the difference in colours on the Watford lables - some are blue, mauve, green - I have searched everywhere to no avail  - even asked other ebayers and got s****y response back :( - like don't expect me to know :(

I may prove to be mistaken, however I suspect dating Watford crystal by label color may be very difficult for anyone except someone who actually worked for them & thats probably why you received the "how would I know" answers .
