late victorian ? trumpet vase help please

can i give my description first to see if im getting anywhere on identifying glass. then you can shoot me down (as normal  ;D )
late victorian opaline trumpet vase with crimped frilled rim and attached foot. rough pontil. green cased in uranium glass. possibly made in stourbridge by stevens and williams. now i duck fire away
there is always someone worse off .

i have seen loads in pink and blue but never in this colour

Date about right. I've never seen that bright yellow lining before and on that basis and the unsophisticated construction I'm going for a) Bohemian or b) one of the lesser English makers
