Pair of blue enamelled vases Czech? - ID help

They measure a tad under 18.5 cm tall and the bases have snapped pontil scars. They have an unusual shape to the top rim with the four tips.

I just noticed that on the other vase of the pair there is some white enamelling on the base, it may be a signature or it may be just an error in production. Not sure if anyone knows or has any hints where to look for specific makers of such wares?
