Heavy Blue Ribbed Bowl with Clear Rigaree

Large ribbed bowl with clear applied rigaree and highly polished pontil base. Has some age to it patina all round the edge of the foot and some inside the bowl. 8 inches diameter x 5.25 inches in height. Quite a stunning blue.

Still searching seen a similar colour vase with same style rigaree which was Pilgrim Glass??
