Sugar and Creamer - Sterling Silver Overlay
« on: July 20, 2013, 07:54:51 PM »
This is from a private collection and was bought in the USA.

Anyone any ideas regarding age and maker, please?

Thank you  :)
Pamela

This set was made by the Indiana Glass Co. of Dunkirk, Indiana, USA. I have a set with painted decoration that is dated 1953, but I think this pattern line goes back into the 1920s-30s when silver overlay was popular.

The silver overlay was most likely by a different company and they may be able to help here http://www.chataboutdg.com/
