Small ?Fenton vase

Last one!  This is 16cm tall and is clear glass casing the colour and white inside.  It has a polished pontil mark.  I think it looks like Fenton but I am always learning!

Not Fenton, but it would help to see the pontil mark.

I have seen these attributed to one of the Czech makers, I thought it was Welz but perhaps not. Typical, now I can not find the reference. They also crop up with the same pattern in yellow/orange brown.
