EPNS Cruet stand with bottles.

missing their stoppers unfortunately, and could be British entirely, but never can be sure, so posting here :)

Not sure whether the glass design is copying classical from late C18 or something from the aesthetic period a century later  -  they're sliced/flat flute cut all over - simple and attractive.           The stand is EPNS.

It's the metalwork that has me a bit confused..........the pic shows the No. 20833........and I've checked TNA page for CLASS 1 (metal) and unable to find that No. (which would be around 1844 - so possibly too early anyway).         Is this a Rd. No. or pattern No. ??
Also not sure what the little propeller symbol might indicate.                                      Total height is about 8.5".

The three stars in the trefoil shaped thingy appear to belong to Barker Bros. of B'ham, who started out in 1801 with Mary Barker, and eventually became Barker, Ellis Silver Co.........        don't think they're still trading, but not sure.

Grateful if anyone has any ideas, and thanks for looking :)

thanks very much for that :)              Not as early as I had thought then - but must admit I really like the classical style of the glass design.
