Murano name of shape
« on: July 30, 2013, 05:27:14 AM »
Hello, I got this today in an oppie.  Its heavy.  Its 23cm /9" tall and 15cm 6 inches in diameter.  I have looked and seen some. I have seen twisted colours, black, frosted blue, green clear and aside from the striped ones which are identified as Murano there doesn't seems to be any consensus about the maker or the shape name.  I called it coiled swirled trumpet vase. Does anyone have an idea or a word that can set me back searching. Thanks
