Persian Decanters?

I have two decanters that I bought in a small antique shop. They are supposedly made in Persia and were sold to the owner by a man who was stationed there when in the service. The narrower one has 5 small cups with it and the larger one has 4 cups. Any information on these would be greatly appreciated.
