hello Rob.. I'm no expert at Nazeing, but do have Geoff. Timberlake's book, and can offer the following suggestion.
This factory offered (probably in several of the colourways), a vase very similar in shape to yours, which was given the production code 78/1.
Looking at your example, this appears to match the book shape of this pattern which was produced with what the book describes as a 'rolled rim' rather than the far more common plain melted off rim (presumably what we might ordinarily describe as fire polished).
Your vase does appear to have what looks like a rolled rim.
Each of the Nazeing colours can be quite variable, and if you look at the depression on the base you might find this has been left slightly matt, rather than highly polished. I believe that these dull pontil depressions are a characteristic of Nazeing (as opposed to the shiny and highly polished examples from S. & W., for example).
The size you give of 7.75", would probably be within the usual tolerances of the factory's quoted nominal height of 8".
Perhaps someone else might check these details for me.
