Hi there:

Not sure about this, but am leaning towards Chalet/lorraine Glass Canada.....but have not been able to find something like this for sure.  I guess because it is a lower bowl (?)

It is:

16 inches long
7 inches wide
3.50 inches tall.

Thinking Chalet/Loraine, but have not found one like it yet.  Must say it is a beautiful BLUE color!!  Maybe Lorraine Glass since it does not have real long arms out....just a guess, I guess! LOL :D
