ID Help Blue Swirl Glass Paperweight Unsigned

Hi, I have this heavy swirl glass paperweight, about 3 1/4 inches tall and about 3 1/2 inches in diameter.  It has a flat polished base that looks black, and is not signed.  I am looking for help to ID the maker if possible.

Many thanks for any help or suggestions for possible search avenues.
