Hi.  I would think Czech Republic or Murano - the base looks to be well finished, and the three flowers in a pot is a fairly standard Murano design, although this one uses canes as petals rather than as whole flowers.  That said, the colours are rather garish, and the Chinese are improving the quality of their work, so I would not be certain they can be ruled out.

All very similar these days aren't they. But I would go for Czeck Republic because of the overall shape of the weight itself. If somebody is studying these weights perhaps a more definite answer will arrive.

The design of the base where the flowers emerge says Czech Republic to me but Gentile Glass in the USA made three flower weights very similar to this but all were signed in some way on the base
