Webb (?) Vase
« on: September 18, 2013, 08:40:41 PM »
This vase came to me with an old clipping from the 1970's. The Clipping describes it thus: "Extremely Rare RASPBERRY MOP STRIPED SATIN POUCH VASE byWebb, heavy thick lining 6" dia 4 1/2" high. A museum piece and mint." Mine does look like this piece, except for the color. Thomas Webb? I've been told it's definitely not an American Webb/Consolidated piece, so I'm looking for other opinions. 5" tall at its highest point and 6 1/4" in diameter, over 2 lbs.
Thanks.
