Hi guys hope you can help point me in the right direction....

It stands around 11.5 inches tall and weighs around1.3kg

I need to find out the:

1.Maker + Name of the piece
2.Date made and period
3.Place of birth
4.Info about the glass

I suspect Romanian (and the matte base would support this).
I have the same one in brown with a cyrillic script label...
