ID and Age help
« on: October 04, 2013, 05:58:40 PM »
Hello all,

The weight is marked "Germany" and is roughly 2-1/4" in diameter and 1-1/2" tall. I'm hoping for a confirmation on the origin as well as an idea for age?

As always, you have my humble appreciation and respect.

Eric

Hi.  I think it is German - from the Thuringia (Lauscha) area, and I would suggest mid 20th century from the canes.

Hi Alan,

Thanks again for your expertise. I figured as much about the origin but I was thinking(...or hoping) that it was a tad bit older.
