Ruby Glass Vase with Gold Handles - Salviati, Venini or other?

I'm hoping someone can help me to identify this elegant finely crafted thin-walled optic glass vase with gold infused handles.  Rough pontil to bottom.  My feeling is that it is not 19th century, but early to mid 20th.  Any information would be appreciated.
