Hi Nigel,
The frog certainly has similarities at its base to the Libochovice Penguin and Preening Duck.
The bowl is a Libochovice #3071 p.12  of Libochovice - Glassexport before 1958.pdf found on the CD that accompanies the book 'Sklo Union  - Art Before Industry: 20th Century Czech Pressed Glass.
Do you have a glass repairer to add a piece to the knobby edge on the bowl that has been chipped off?
Regards,
Neil
