regret I don't have any personal experience of this colourway, but can quote from Geoff. Timberlake's book, which is of some help, as it does show an identical bowl with this white and pinkish spatter decoration.
"An example of an Elwell label on an item not made by Nazeing. This bowl is believed to be by Haden Mullet Haden of Stourbridge made during the 1930's. Although the decoration uses flakes of colour, the shape is not one produced at Nazeing."
Quite an attractive piece, and regret there seems no further information at the moment - perhaps others might know more. Must admit I haven't trawled the Board's search facility, so unsure if we've had something similar before.
