Topic: Unknown sulphide cameo

Hi folks,
I am clearing out my dad's estate and came across this paperweight.  I don't know anything about paperweights, and on top of that, I can't even identify the figure in the cameo. 

It is not signed or numbered, probably a Franklin Mint or Danbury mint?    (I realize it may not be worth more than a few dollars, but at this point, the mystery of who the figure is, is driving me a bit nutty!  )

It is Sister Berta Hummel - fairly frequently on ebay - like here.

It is usually signed, however, and (if boxed) comes in a Schmid box - which I have found attributed to Christalleriés de Vannes le Châtel. This was run by a Schmidt family from 1823 to 1908 .... and possibly Schmid was later used for a certain product line.
