A pair of heavy pressed glass salts, the inside base of both bearing the same embossed registry date lozenge 16th July 1867 - Parcel 2, so both are from registered design number 209574  registered by Percival, Vickers & Co. Ltd. of Manchester. Approx, 3¼ inches in diameter x 1¾ inches high.

Uncommon items (especially as a pair). 

Copies have already gone to Neil Harris and been added to his Manchester glass website, and details have also been added to the GMB RD photo reference database.
