A rectangular thick pressed glass lidded dish or box which measures approximately 4 x 5½ x 2½ inches, decorated externally with imitation cut pattern of squares and star facets, and the base bearing the registered design number 789791 (which would have been registered in January or February 1934).

RD 789791 is not listed at
http://www.great-glass.co.uk/glass%20notes/regnos09.htmIs RD 789791 in the “Blue Book”? If so, would some kind GMB member let me have the precise registration details, please?
A rectangular butter? dish with the same registered design number is mentioned in passing a couple of times in a GMB topic discussion at
http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,37934.0.htmlbut the discussion quickly veers off track and becomes mired in the details of the potential designer of a Hukin and Heath EPNS metal mount, and no-one actually gets round to trying to find out the precise registration details of the RD 789791glass item.
