Millifiori Paper weights
« on: December 04, 2013, 03:59:33 PM »
Hi,I bought 5 Paperweights at an Auction. I should have kept my hand down as I don't know enough. I suspected one to be a Perthshire and one as Murano. They all seem to have age wear to the base. I will list them separately. This first is the one I think is Pertshire is 8 x 5 cm. Any advice is appreciated, apart from stay away from Paperweights  ;D I will be doing just that as a little knowledge is a dangerous and sometimes costly thing  ;D Thanks.
Pete. :-)

Perthshire looks good, pre 1978 if fire polished base (rather than polished pontil mark), size would make it PP1 I think.
