I really can't see or read anything in that image, sorry.

There is a famous maker, Dino Martins, but I don't know if that is likely to be who made your piece.
It would help folk to help you if you would rub a little talcum powder over the engraved name, then rub the excess off with your thumb, before taking the picture - this helps to make it readable, and an image of the whole piece would probably help somebody who would be able to recognise the maker from the piece, rather than the signature.
If you have no talcum powder, a little fine flour would do nicely instead.
