Depends on what you call "collectable": a rather similar one recently sold on ebay for US $650,00 (which I wouldn't pay - but someone did).
That's another point of discussion: some people defend this (usually in connection with Murano items) as "commemorative dates" (grandmother's year of birth and the like) ... to be honest: I call them fakes
