Monart shape EF
Gary:
My latest purchase a Monart shape EF (size code V, 9 inches tall) in the classic Monart colour scheme (colour code 384) with an applied coloured foot.

The foot makes that a little bit special, doesn't it?
Maybe just a "classic" colourway - but beautifully executed. :)
luckyslap:
Very nice Gary, I agree with Sue the applied foot makes it! :)
Keith
Gary:
The applied foot is larger and more colourful than the majority of Monart pieces, that have an applied foot.
I do agree with you Sue and Keith the applied foot does enhance this shape.
Gary

It elevates it a little over the ordinary! ;)
You are perfectly correct in saying the foot is a good bit taller than normal too. A very good find indeed. 8)
I like putting good bits of glass (which don't have feet) on nice glass plinths.
(I'm afraid I don't care that this may mean a bit of pressed glass goes plinthless somewhere else. ;D )
It really does enhance their appearance on display. :)
