Irridescent Rose Bowl for ID

Hi, this and the others I am asking about are from 'extra's' in an Auction Lot. This has Damage around the rim where I assume a Ring of Metal should be to make this a rose bowl. Am i right ? it is 18cm wide in the body and 8cm in height. I dont think it is the usual suspects and just want to know an ID before I consign it to my throw it out pile that I never seem to throw out.
