Shallow purple overlay dish?

Hi all ,not really my thing but I just thought it seems to be a good quality piece,the glass is crystal with a cut purple overlay and with a satin texture between the round cuts,it has a wide polished Pontil and surprisingly quite a lot of wear,stands 4cm ht and fairly heavy,ring a ny bells ? thanks.
