This glass mushroom is marked with the signature in the pic and we have trawled the net for hours and come up with nothing.  At first glance I thought it may have been an Ysart mark but I am not convinced.  Any help please?  Pic was

Hi and welcome. :)
It would help greatly if we could see an image of the whole piece, we might recognise the work which would help with the mark.
Definitely not Ysart - their mark is completely different to that!

I am wondering if it might read Mtarfa. They make mushroom weights and their mark is generally a nightmare to try to read. I've not seen this illegible version before though.

Hello reminisce, It is indeed Mtarfa, a Maltese Glass Studio. A lovely rich colour blue,  and you will find those base swirls on many of their glass pieces,  especially their plump sitting cats!
