=Matura Natural=

Matura anthropomorphic crystals are a real exception in the panorama of modern Czech glass.
It makes sense because modernism prefer an abstract language before naturalist.
Adolf classic feel with their "angels OK" and their faces impassive or watery eyes.
MATURA is a credit to have solved this impossible:  be modern of NATURAL way.
* In this drawing, in a game, we have added him to their ears faces serving us one of their dishes Rudolfova.

= Disco Schmid =

We know little about Jan Schmid, except that 1960 was his year of glory.
Among his designs, today we highlight the Disco [Libochovice -No 3221/30 - 1960] a relentless geometry.
It settles on a glass bubble, but remember, are not those of bubble wrap (invented two years earlier in 1957)
and the current LED lights traffic lights. Its optical curvature ,Vasarely sister,
to play with false dimensions: windows open to a future we do not know.

breaking Borders despite political isolation of the time.

= Vladimir Klein =
