almost 3.5 kilos - possibly the weightiest vase I've had, and about 7.75" (200 m/m tall). Quality ground/polished pontil depression.
It has that 1930's - '40's look with plenty of wear under the foot - and in view of the colour I've already had a look at the W/Fs on line catalogues, but wasn't aware of seeing it. Anyone know if there's a remote chance it might be one of those 'thick-walled vessels' from Hogan and Wilson in the 1940's - the walls really are mega thick. Thanks for looking.
