Czech? Murano multi coloured glass vase help please
« on: March 11, 2014, 08:03:13 PM »
The 3rd and last piece of glass that  i saved from the charity shop this morning. I had to put this one back in the car i just love the colours, i think it might be a piece of Chribska glass but i'm not sure at all. It's 9 1/2 inches in height. regards Chris.

Perhaps Japan and Hineri - has that sort of look.

John

Have a search of this board try Kamei rather than Hineri.

Out of interest, does the very edge of the base have a fine bevel on it where it joins the sides of the vase?

Possibly Kamei, late 70's/early 80's. The star shaped based to the free form rim reminds me heaps of the pieces they produced along with the ''drizzle'' of colours...just an opinion though...
