Caithness weight?

Hi all,i've looked this style of weight up and to my eyes it looks like a Helen MacDonald type design,but there's not much on the base just a couple of initials,is that her signature or am i barking up the wrong tree,many thanks.

It's from the Floral Year series (the 2000 issue): June - Rose.
For some reason (difficult to say from images) it didn't meet the master copy and was sold (and marked) as second.

Thanks Wuff,it looks fine to me,all i can think of is perhaps they were not to keen on the number of bubbles on the flower itself ???
