No idea, but you could explore Janke Glass Studios. I thought the sig was Jenke, but this appears to be the closest fit. Might be waaaaaaaay off target though.

All I can read is CAKE - and I'm afriad my brain won't go past that to even try to see anything else. :-[

It looks a little Midsummer-y or even Kaplan (Lindean Mill?)
