controlled bubbled blue footed decanter for id.

another one missing its stopper  -  but inexpensive, and hopefully someone will have an idea as to origin.

I'm tempted to think not British  -  the base is 'from the mould', and without any proper pontil depression, and the rim has been ground/polished flat with slight bevel to the outer edge.
Two tone pieces, often with a coloured foot, suggest the 1930's, and the wear is consistent with this sort of date  -  but guess it could be later.                Height is about 7.75" (195 m/m)

probably vsl - they were big jn services of glasses with a blue foot and a matching decanter.
