European? Pressed Glass Vase

I have been looking high and low to Id this piece and thought I'd drop in here for one last try. It's a gorgeous pressed glass vase. It's giving me a Deco European vibe but I'm not sure due to the base.

Is this something anyone recognises? It's 9 1/4" tall and 5" in diameter at the rim.
