Chris, I don't know if this is the right direction, but there was a man called Henry Malcolm Hodkinson, born 1931 who was a director in 1991 at Anthony Stern (Glass) Limited. Given the closeness of the date to your piece I'm wondering if there's a connection. Adam Aaronson may know more as I think he knows Anthony Stern well.
