hi, I'm totally lost on these. 5 1/8, 5 1/4 high, concave polished out pontil,  glass feels uneven or rippled in a couple of places. some bubbles and a tear in one of the flanges. a small transparent section in one of the leaves which also have bumps. flanges uneven.usual wear in places to edges of base, but faint radial scratches with could be an addition. I haven't seen these before. bought in northern france. I would be grateful for any info. many thanks.
