Topic: signature help on Bohemian crystal leaded glass vase

If anyone in here can tell me who the artist is on this cut crystal leaded glass vase(has the usual Bohemian/Czechoslovakia/paper labels, and, the green paper label "K..USA..K..on top, Art Glass below), I would appreciate the help! Looks like Kusuk..to me?
