Whitefriars / Powell ? Ruby Glass Bowl with Prunts ????
« on: July 05, 2014, 01:55:47 PM »
Hi

I recently purchased this lovely ruby vase/ bowl with Raspberry prunts on the exterior - 12 prunts in total in bands of 4.

It's 5" high & 5.5" diameter at it's widest.

I have exhaustively researched Whitefriars Catalogues etc as I saw a reference to what looks like this design in a video clip by Prof. Adrian Franklin - however I can find no examples like this anywhere else.

It does feel & look like a lot of other Whitefriars ruby I have handled / own but I am currently stumped on this one.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks

Rob
