I don't believe it is Art Deco, but more likely from 1950s onwards.
I'm sure someone will be along who will know more.

I agree looks 50's to me. Reminds me of Zelezny Brod Sklo pieces i have seen.
I am not an expert on Czech glass so this is just a guess. Hope it helps,

I don't understand why so many people think so many things are art deco.  In most cases they are not.  I agree that this is more of a mid-century modern design, likely from the 1950s or 1960s.

Is it engraved? It's very difficult to see. Pictures against plain backgrounds are always best and we always like base shots even if there is nothing there

Thank you very much for your reactions.
With help of your reactions I found out that the designer is
Miloslav Klinger and that it is a Zelezny Brod vase from 1950-1960.
So maxartdeco was right.
