ID Help bottle vase Copper Aventurine??

Hoping someone can give an idea of origin for this 7 inch tall bottle vase. It is clear glass with what I believe is copper aventurine (I may well be wrong on the technical bits).
All ideas and suggestions much appreciated

MAESTRI VETRAI yes I think it had a stopper.  I think it was a murano decanter.
