Starfish/Star Paperweight

Hi, I got this one in an auction lot with other weights. Am struggling to find this and a Butterfly Weight (post soon) off th etop f my head I thought Fratelli Toso but just a guess. I feel that the butterfly weight is as well. I cannot find similar. Any help Gratefully Received.
It is 7cm in Height and 8cm wide. Flat polished Base.

It looks Bohemia / Silesia to me about 1920.
